As part of the Early Works, Freecity Macpark Development PtyLtd engaged Antoun’s Construction to undertake the demolition of the existing multi-storey buildings at 169 & 171 Herring Road, Macquarie Park.
The work completed included:
· Site establishment, security and hoarding installation.
· Removal and disposal of hazardous materials, including asbestos.
· Air monitoring, reporting and associated clearance certificates.
· Tree removal and tree protection.
· Demolition of the existing multi-storey unit buildings to ground level, including removal of footings.
· Remediation of the site area.
· Levelling the site area in preparation for the main works contractor
