The Upgrade is part of the NSW Government committed $825 million to Pinch Point Projects which will ease congestion, reduce traffic delays and improve travel times on Sydney’s major roads.

Our team are proud to be part of these critical and necessary works. We completed the early demolition and contamination package as part of the upgrade improvements at intersections on the Pacific Highway at Fox Valley Road, Redleaf Avenue and Coonanbarra Road.

The work completed include:

  • Removal of bonded and Friable Asbestos
  • Air monitoring, reporting and associated clearance certificates
  • Demolition of existing double brick building to ground level, including removal of footings
  • Remediation of site area
  • Levelling the area in lieu the delivery of new site accommodation buildings for a road project
